About the Instructor
My name is Meena Iyer, and I am a wellness facilitator with extensive experience in inner child healing, breathwork, de-addiction and emotional trauma recovery. Over the years, I have worked with individuals from all walks of life to help them heal from childhood wounds and transform their lives.
Having seen how unresolved childhood pain can lead to destructive patterns, I am passionate about guiding people on their journey toward emotional freedom which supports them in raising happy healthy children.
